of Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.

This Municipal Government of Nuevo Laredo, Tamps. presents through the
Institute for Competitiveness and Foreign Trade of Nuevo Laredo (ICCE) the
Binational Socioeconomic Handbook 2018, “Laredos Region”, where we show
the importance, potential and virtues of the sister cities of Nuevo Laredo, Tamps.
and Laredo, TX. as the “Most important Logistical and Customs Platform of Latin
America”.
This “binational” edition, done for the first time between two countries, has the firm goal to keep encouraging
the Competitiveness and Modernity of Nuevo Laredo through information, statistics and knowledge aimed to
businessmen, investors, entrepreneurs, researchers, students and for everyone that decides to use an efficient tool
for the socioeconomic and geographic analysis of the most important Region of America.

With a well-defined course between society and government, we invite you to discover the competitive advantages
and characteristic virtues of this thriving border willing to welcome investment, reiterating the commitment to
assist as needed to establish more and better companies in the state.
Two years into this Municipal Government, we have consolidated as a leader city, based in its highest levels of
COMPETITIVENESS in public works, public safety, as well as in the clear management of its resources.

Today, Nuevo Laredo, Tamps, has distinguished itself for its leadership, taking firm steps in this transformation to
