The FoSTaC programme is
prominently a capacity building
initiative of FSSAI with the core idea
to build the capacities of trained food
handlers. All FBOs can send food
safety personnel for training and any
individual who is willing to start a
food business can register for a Food
Safety Supervisor Course. Contact us
