WHO WE ARE
Teach for the Bay is a consortium of community college based
Teacher Preparation Programs in the SF Bay Area. Our primary
goal is to increase the number of future teachers transferring
from a community college through the provision of resources,
courses and supports. This regional joint venture is funded by
the Bay Area Community College Consortium (BACCC) with
Strong Workforce funds from the California Community College
Chancellor’s Office.
