      This keynote session will address the elephant in

      the room. How can we center racial and social

      justice in our efforts to ensure children receive
      the education they need to be full participants in

      society? With true equity as our lens, we can

      carefully examine our challenges and promote
      sustainable solutions. Ongoing societal stresses,

      such as the pandemic, climate change, economic

      and social injustice, the insolvency of our

      institutions, and the increasingly tribal nature of
