                  Sit comfortably somewhere, anywhere you'd like (it is better to

                  be  standing  cross-legged,  with  your  back  straight  than  to  lay
                  down, as to avoid falling asleep)



                  Set a time limit or just go with the flow



                  Notice and feel your body



                  Start  paying  attention  to  your  breath,  follow  the  movements
                  your body does when it inhales and exhales



                  Bring back your attention to your breath when your mind begins
                  to  wander  (in  time  and  with  practice  your  capacity  of  keeping

                  your  mind still will start to increase)



                  Don't  judge  yourself  if  you  can't  keep  your  focus  and  you  start
                  having  thoughts,  let  the  thoughts  come  and  go,  do  not  try  to

                  suppress  them,  just  observe  them  and  go  back  to  your  breath
                  again



                  When you are done, open your eyes and notice how your body
                  feels right now, pay attention to your thoughts and emotions
