fishes Ali bought.
Apparatus: Sterile petri dishes with lids, sterile measuring cylinders, sterile 1 cm3 syringe, cellophane
tape, oven and refrigerator
Materials: sterile nutrient agar and bacterial culture (Bacillus subtilis)
