Bilangan koloni bakteria adalah yang paling tinggi pada permukaan agar yang
dicoretkan dengan jari yang tidak dicuci kerana jari yang tidak dicuci mengandungi
bakteria yang paling banyak.
The number of bacterial colonies is the highest on the agar surface which is streaked
with unwashed fingers because unwashed fingers contains the most bacteria.

3. [ K4 PP2 b] : HUBUNGAN
-Apabila tahap kebersihan jari meningkat, maka bilangan koloni bakteria berkurang
-semakin bersih jari, semakin rendah jumlah koloni bakteria
-When the cleanliness level of the finger increases, the number of bacterial colonies
decreases
-The cleaner the fingers, the lower the number of bacterial colonies

Jari tidak dibasuh adalah keadaan yang ditunjukkan oleh bilangan koloni bakteria
teringgi apabila jari di coretkan ke atas permukaan agar nutrient.
Unwashed fingers are a condition which is shown by the highest number of bacterial
colonies when the fingers is streaked onto the surface of the nutrient agar.

5. [ K4 PP3] : KESIMPULAN
Pertumbuhan bakteria pada agar nutrient adalah lebih tinggi pada keadaan tangan yang
tidak dibasuh berbanding denga tangan yang dibasuh dengan air dan sabun.
The bacterial growth on nutrient agar is higher on unwashed hands compared to the
hand washed using water and soap.
