Petris dish A that placed in dark condition contain 20 bacterial colonies and
petri dish B that placed in bright condition contain 5 bacterial colonies.

Dark environment supports the rapid growth of bacteria.
• Keadaan cerah merencatkan pertumbuhan bakteria.
Bright condition slows down the bacterial growth.
