1.2 Licensing of ETS
KNX offers to acquire a license key directly online via its (multi-lingual) MyKNX Portal
(https://my.knx.org). Customer sales and technical support is given exclusively by KNX
Brussels (no local distribution centres).
To acquire a license key, the customer shall create his own account in MyKNX and place
the order for the desired license.
The customer has the possibility to pay online (with credit card) or request payment by
bank transfer.
Once payment is received, t KNX will dispatch the purchased dongle and only then will
the customer be able to license and activate his ETS in his MyKNX Account.
In view of the possibility to pay online, temporary license keys (i.e. keys that only activate
the software for a specific period of time) are no longer granted.
