 The Award of Achievement is an institutional award that denotes proficiency in selected
 courses of study.  This award requires the successful completion of a series of technical   HIPAA – HEALTH INSURANCE

        de-identified. Due to the seriousness of this policy HIPAA violations will be considered a
        severe offense and therefore the consequences will be severe.
