The Practical Nursing pathway prepares students for a career on a health care team to
work under the supervision of a registered nurse, a physician, or a dentist. The curriculum
offers students an opportunity to learn a variety of skills that can be utilized in many post-

secondary medical programs.

To earn this scholarship students must:
 Complete 3 credits within a single pathway
Funds 2-year programs:  3.0 weighted core GPA
Technical College certificate  3.5 unweighted GPA in the pathway courses
or  Minimum college ACT, SAT, or PERT scores
State College degree
