EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONDER
(PROGRAM #8417170)
The Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) pathway prepares students to provide
immediate lifesaving care to critical patients while exploring careers within the emergency
medical services system. EMRs have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide
interventions while waiting for additional emergency services to arrive.
Students in this pathway will participate in the following Career Technical Student

To earn this scholarship students must:
Complete 3 credits within a single pathway
Funds 2-year programs: 3.0 weighted core GPA
Technical College certificate 3.5 unweighted GPA in the pathway courses
or Minimum college ACT, SAT, or PERT scores
State College degree
