01 First word that comes to your mind when you 02
think about RESDEV?
Good People and Environment. Resdev for me
is a place where I look up to people to gain
knowledge and learn skills from and I look
forward to meet those people as a routine.
03 Where do you see yourself in next 5 years? 04
I am not very ambitious as to make it to the
Forbes magazine. I see myself at a higher
work level or position, majorly a good
contributor to the process.
05 How do you handle a bad day at work? 06
I feel sad for a moment on a bad day, but
then I move my focus elsewhere by talking to
people on leisure topics & interests or I read
about Bollywood updates & current news.
07 What are your areas of interest/hobbies? 08
What do you like to do in your free time?
Watching comedy movies, listening songs
with good lyrics. Along with this I try to do
some social work but usually I can’t find time
for that.
09 If you could meet anyone in the world (Dead 10
or Alive) who it would be and why?
I would like to meet Lata Mangeshkar
because of her simplicity and eternal voice
and Mother Teresa for her social work and
selflessness.
11 If you were an animal what would you be 12
and why?
I would have been a Fish and living in a
different world altogether.
13 How do you maintain your work life balance? 14
Well that’s where I struggle a bit.. I don’t do a
rush work & keep my personal things for
weekends. At the end I am content on both
fronts & that’s what matters!
15 What will you do if you were announced the 16
Department Head for Resdev for one day?
I will focus more on employee engagement
by talking to people. This would help to make
Resdev a more emotionally happy place to
work. I believe all the other parameters are at
their best place already.

What do you like the most about your
workplace?
The workplace is disciplined and people are
focused here along with being competitive in
a healthy way and cooperative at the same
time.
Describe your life using a film title?
Not completely, but then in some ways it can
be like ‘Dear Zindagi’.
What helps you fight and overcome Monday
Blues?
Meeting good people in office, the employee
support from the organization, excitement of
upcoming events & celebrations and the
thought of a coming holiday in weekdays.
What is one outdoor activity you enjoy
doing?
Visiting places like zoo or sanctuaries, places
with scenic beauty & close to nature. If that’s
not possible, I go for short walks in a garden
or near a riverbed to see marine life.
What movie character / novel character you
most identify with?
Sanjay Dutt from ‘Lage Raho Munna Bhai’
(offering good vibes).
What’s your biggest achievement / proud-
est moment at Resdev so far?
I am being looked upon as one of the most
dependable person in the department with a
positive attitude.
If you were to write a book about yourself,
what would you name it?
The Happy Me
How do you define success?
If a person is happy and content at work,
home and within himself/ herself then he/
she is a successful person for me.
