Recording your calls
❖ On the right side of the last week of the month –
there is a total count of coverage per week for the
whole month per Doctor.
❖ Every Monday, Glenda generates the weekly coverage
report for the management. This means, you must
submit your coverage report to your AM before
Monday 10am.
