FROM PROJECT COORDINATOR

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahiwabarakatuh
Alhamdulillah, thanks to Allah SWT for His Grace and Merciful in
making INDDEX programme a successful one. Once again it is
our pleasure to introduce our students’ final year design proj-
ects. REDEFINE is an event that is synonymous with final year
students’ exhibition which is organized by Graphic Design
Department of Universiti Teknologi MARA Perak Branch. For the
very first time, we are taking a proactive step by collaborating
with Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, Indonesia to organize an
international exhibition that is participated by students from
Malaysia and Indonesia. Our objectives of this exhibition are to
make both universities as centers in producing quality graduates
to meet the international needs as well as to promote the image
of both universities.

The world is changing and we are poised to take up the
challenges, taking creativity as the catalyst for trans-
formation and innovation. REDEFINE not only gives
birth to graduates, who can fulfill the requirements
from the industry, but also produces fresh, young and
creative entrepreneurs who carry the name of UiTM.
Their presence, creativity and ideas in this exhibition
will surely promote the standard and the quality of
UiTM’s students to a higher level.

I believe that this collaboration will be able to gen-
erate new perspectives for future exhibition in
enhancing quality in the design field. I hope the
outcome of this exchange of ideas and information
will provide an enriching and meaningful experi-
ence to all exhibitors.
The success of this exhibition depends greatly on
the contribution, time, commitment and dedication
of all the committee members. I wish to thank all
participants in making this exhibition a successful
one.
