Bunty makes ‘Pohe’ !
Takes a bowl of ‘pohe’.
Heats some oil in a pan.
Washes them well.
Covers the pan with a lid.
Sifts them.
Peels an onion.
Puts mustard seeds, ‘hing’ and turmeric powder in the oil.
Cuts the onion and the chilli into small pieces.
Adds the onion and chilli pieces, a few peanuts
and curry leaves to the oil and stirs well.
After 1-2 minutes, takes off the lid.
A tasty bowl of ‘Pohe’ is ready !
Serves ‘Pohe’ with a slice of lemon.
After 1-2 minutes, adds the wet ‘pohe’,
a little salt and sugar and stirs well.
