Pick up from Sheraton is at 1300hrs. Please be ready at the hotel lobby 10mins prior.

Please find below important pre-arrival information that you will need to know:

• Our check-in counter will be open from 1:30pm - 2:30pm. The final boarding call will be at
2:50pm as the vessel will depart at 3:00pm sharp.
• Please be advised once boarding closes, we will be unable to check in any late arrivals. We
do encourage you to ensure you allow enough time for your transfer to Denarau Marina from home or
your place of accommodation.
• Should you miss the final boarding call and/or vessel departure, there will be no refunds
applicable.
• Blue Lagoon Cruises is an endorsed Care Fiji Commitment provider by Fiji Ministry of Health.
We do ask our guests to follow the guidelines as requested by our staff and crew to ensure
everyone’s safety and wellbeing.
• MV Fiji Princess is licensed premises, we do take this time to remind you that our guests are
not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the vessel or the island. Should you bring your own
alcohol with you, this will be held for you in our offices and receipted for collection upon your return to
port.
