        travelling on an Australian Passport.  The responsibility is yours to ensure that you have the appropriate visas for the applicable
        countries you may be travelling to.
        The given names and surnames that are detailed on this itinerary must be identical to the names that are detailed on your passport.
        Please ensure your passport has at least six months validity from the date that you return to Australia – you will not be permitted to
        depart Australia if it is not.

        You should check in a minimum of 2 hours before your International flights scheduled departure.  Please be aware that some airlines
        and airports require earlier check-in and if in doubt, it is your responsibility to contact the airline directly.
        Some airlines require that you re-confirm your flights prior to returning to Australia by contacting the airline directly at least 48 hours
        prior to travel - it is your responsibility to do so.  Although your consultant will endeavour to keep you up to date with any airline
        schedule changes, it is your responsibility to reconfirm any flights and check with the airline directly for any flight schedule changes
        &/or cancellations.  Should any flight schedule changes occur, in order to avoid potential flow on effects we recommend that you
        contact the relevant service providers to reconfirm the new details.  Please refer to your itinerary for service provider contact details.

        Travel Insurance is not compulsory but is considered essential when travelling overseas, and covers you for a variety of scenarios.  If
        you have not already arranged your Travel Insurance with us please contact your consultant to ensure that you are adequately
        covered.
