The representatives declares:
Education, prevention and athletes rights.
❑ Education and preventive campaigns will be intensified, focusing
principally on youth, athletes and their entourage.
❑ Olympic oath will be extended to coaches and other officials.
❑ Transparency will be assured but necessary confidentiality is
preserved.
Olympic Movement Anti-Doping Code.
❑ The code is accepted as the basis for the fight against doping.
❑ The code applicable not only to athletes but all individual and
organizations involved within the framework of the Olympic
movement.
Sanctions.
❑ The sanctions which apply to doping violations will be imposed
both during and out of competition. – depends on severity.
