 to local schools as an actress in assemblies put on by Child
 Advocacy of Gratiot County. As a teenager, I volunteered at Home Township Library in Edmore.
 When did you start at the library and what jobs have you held here?
 I started working for CRDL soon after I received my undergraduate degree in 2003. I have
 worked in youth services with a focus on teen services during my entire tenure here. Though the   Matthew
 job title is the same, the day to day work looks a lot different 16 plus years later. Libraries are
 always changing to meet the needs of our community.  Reinhart


 What do you do in your current position?
 My focus as the Teen Services Librarian is on providing quality services to the teens of our com-  Pop-Up Book
 munity. That means helping to create a space where they feel welcome. We have many different
 groups of teens, with varying interests, so I get to do a little bit of everything. You might find me   Author and
 working in the stacks with teen volunteers, hosting a Super Smash Brothers tournament, host-
 ing themed parties with our Teen Advisory Board or even collaborating with community members   Paper Engineer
 to teach basic stress relief skills. I also work at the Help Desk as well as lead some of our story-
 times. No two days are ever the same!

 What do you enjoy doing outside of the library?
 Believe it or not, I’m actually an introvert so when I’m not at work, so I like to recharge in quiet   Join us for a presentation by pop-up book author and
