Teen Tuesday: Ming the Origami Meister
Enjoy origami-paper folding for fun, relaxation and stretching your brain. Ming Louie will be on hand
teaching all of the skills and techniques involved to form amazing Origami creations. Teens can build
paper figures and enjoy the serenity and meditative aspects of this ancient Asian activity. Teens will
create origami forms such as the classic paper crane and other unique, three dimensional sculptures.
Grades 6 – 12.
Registration required.

an american red cross girl's war in viet nam
Joan Puffer Kotcher is a former American Red
Cross Donut Dolly. These women supported our
troops overseas, and in Joann's case, actually
ended up in fox holes during the fighting in
Viet Nam! She will speak of her experiences
in Korea and Viet Nam as well as share pictures
and memorabilia. Her book will be available for
purchase at the end of the program.
