ABOUT JUDY GREEN | Chief Executive Officer
In her distinguished, 35 plus year real estate career, Judy Green has earned
widespread recognition in her field, great respect from customers and peers,
and a revered reputation as a creative thinker and visionary leader. Drawing
on her extensive professional and personal experience, she has long inspired
others and demonstrated an enviable record of achievement.
Judy proudly founded Signature Sotheby’s International Realty in
Sarasota in 2008. In 2010, the company merged with Premier Properties in Naples, instantly
creating Florida’s largest luxury real estate brokerage based on sales volume. She has also
previously served as senior vice president and chief administrative officer for NRT, LLC, the

world’s largest real estate brokerage, and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Residential
Real Estate of Florida from 1997 to 2004. In 2004 she was named one of the 500 Most
Powerful Women in Real Estate by Real Estate Magazine. Judy also orchestrated the largest
acquisition in U.S. real estate history by acquiring 28 companies, including Arvida Residential
Real Estate, Inc.

ABOUT BUDGE HUSKEY | President
With over 33 years of experience in building successful real estate
companies, Budge Huskey is recognized as a leader within the industry in
both brokerage and franchising. In 2015, Huskey was ranked #10 among
the list of the 200 most powerful leaders in residential real estate in the
Swanepoel Power 200 (SP200) report, as well as appearing on the Inman list
of most influential people in real estate. He has previously served as global
president and chief executive officer for Coldwell Banker Real Estate, LLC and as regional

executive vice president of NRT, LLC, the world’s largest real estate brokerage.
