NHRPA Maintenance Workshop is Back!!

Thursday, September 8, 2022 from 7:30am—1:30pm

Concord Parks & Recreation Community Center

The New Hampshire Recreation & Parks Association would like to invite you to our second
annual Maintenance workshop. Attendees will have the opportunity to rotate through four
sessions and learn valuable tools and resources to take home and put to practice in their
community.

The sessions & workshop schedule are outlined below:

Maintenance Workshop Schedule

7:00 – 7:50 am: Registration/Check-In, coffee & donuts

8:00 am: Welcome

8:15 – 9:00 am: First Session Rotation (split the group in half - for the two sessions below)

• Session 1-Tree Pruning-Cooperative Extension

• Session 2-Soak Up Rain NH-Rain gardens-DES

9:15 – 10:00am: Second Session Rotation (groups rotate sessions—same as above)

10:00 – 10:30 am: Break snacks and vendors

10:30 – 11:15 am: Third Session Rotation (same two groups rotate through next two sessions)

• Session 3- Trail Maintenance

• Session 4- Pesticide CEU

11:20 am -12:15 pm: Final Session Rotation (groups rotate sessions—same as above)

12:15 – 1:30 pm: Bag Lunch with Vendors
