Elly enjoying
“ The girls were so happy and were crying
pats from Lily
when we had to take Elly back to Monika’s
but we assured them we’d be picking her up
the next morning to take her to Melbourne.”
They couldn't wait and so her journey began, she was booked on
our flight back to Melbourne. We were relieved to see she survived
the flight okay as we actually heard her bark twice underneath us
before the plane took off so we couldn’t wait to get her out!
THANK YOU TO MONIKA AND
ALL HER TEAM AT DOGGIE
RESCUE. We are very grateful to
have Elly. You all do an amazing
job giving hope to all those dogs
who probably thought it was the
end of the road for them. We
have no doubt Elly holds you all
within a special part of her heart.

Elly a cuddle
ELLY IS SETTLING IN REALLY WELL. It’s only been 5 days but it’s like she's been
here for much longer. She loves going for her walks and this week she went for a
drive to the High Country where she met some Kangaroo's. She doesn't seem to “ We will keep you updated
mind the car. We have been taking her on school runs, she sits in the front seat
of course : ) She loves belly rubs and cuddles. Elly gets very excited when Tony on her journey and hope
gets home and loves when it’s breakfast and dinner time. She's already settling nothing but the very best
into our routine and seems to be very happy. She knows when it’s bedtime and for all the doggies at Doggie
heads straight into our room. She follows me everywhere and is very good with Rescue, and all those who
the kids. It’s great to see her tail wagging. Elly really deserves what every dog in work and volunteer there.”
the world deserves, and that is to be loved and cared for unconditionally.
