JANUARY 2022 DOGGIERESCUE.COM MAGAZINE 7
In December we ended the year with a very
special adoption. Bailey, a long term boy, finally
found a forever home with a single person with
a lot of patience and love to give him. Not
forgetting our Mums and their puppies! Vixen
and her pups as well as Hope and her little
family. All adopted into loving homes.
Our feline adoptions currently stand at 36, 8
bunnies have been adopted and 1 guinea pig.
Cat adoptions of the year would have to be
handsome ginger boy Russell, blind in one eye
and with FIV+ ( see adoption photo at right )
and FIV+ long term boy Taz.
But it is not only adoptions that we celebrated
in 2021. In June Monika received the Medal of
the Order of Australia for service to animal Much loved senior kitty Prince Harry who gently passed away
