PREFACE

The Dhamma talks on essential and unessential

things given by Phra Thammaphutthimongkhon (Sa-ing
Sirinando Pali grade VIII) in various occasions, was pub-

lished on the auspicious occasion of his seven cycles
of life or 84th Birthday Anniversary Celebrations, held

on Friday 4th of January, 2019 at Phutthaputsayakhiri
Si Suwannaphum, the birth place of Buddhism at the

ancient land called Suvarnabhumi. The big Buddha
engraving has been initiated by the most venerable in

U Thong district, Suphan Buri province and the phase
I project has completed within short time of three

years (2015-2018).

More than half of the articles in this book had
been published before, in his promotion of honorific

royal title of Phra Sirinanthamethi into Phra Raja-

pariyatthisuthi in 1996. For the present version, the
chief-editor had inscribed his vocal talks into texts,

revised them, and considerably expanded to make
the book as complete as possible.
