To the Baltic
museum was a particular highlight in Sweden. We used this marina for mul-
tiple crew changes and then set off again around the archipelago. The
cruising association have an app called Captains Mate where members rec-
ord their experience of various anchorages and facilities, this along with a
number of Swedish pilot books were very useful in helping us decide where
to spend the nights. These overnights were often bow to a rock with a
stern anchor, ashore one could find areas for BBQ, basic toilet facilities and
lovely walks. A great addition this season was our inflatable paddle board.
This was truly an amazing place to enjoy the sailing life.
At the end of August, we left NCT in a small boat yard south of Stockholm
called Navekvarn where she would spend the winter in a heated shed and
hopefully be ready for our next Swedish adventure in 2020.
