            3.1 Malnutrition

            Malnutrition is a  physical condition that is  caused by the  lack of
            nutrients or excess in nutrients. We can be malnourished due to an
            imbalance between nutrients. It affects an individual in the physi-
            cal,  mental and emotional  development.  We  also  suffer  from  dis-
            eases. Therefore, we need to consume a balanced diet regularly for a
            healthy and active life.
