Voice Mail Facilities

Voice Mail Facilities
The Voice Mail System is installed for the convenience of our guests. We have outlined here
the steps of using this facility for your reference. Should you have any enquiries, please
contact our hotel telephone operator at extension “0”.

To Retrieve Messages from Your Room
Dial 601 and follow the prompt.
Dial 2 to hear your messages.

To Retrieve Messages From Outside the Hotel
Call the hotel telephone number (04) 637 7777 and inform the Telephone Operator that you
would like to check your messages. Once connected, your message will be played.

To Record Your Personal Greeting
Dial 601.
Dial 5 to record your own personal greeting after the tone.

Note
• After each message, you will be required to either save or delete your message.
• If you perform a room change, your voice mail will be transferred to your new room.
• Your Voice System will be disconnected after you check out. All messages will be
automatically deleted.
