Environmental Policy

As a Green Building Index (GBI)-compliant hotel, Olive Tree Hotel recognises its
responsibility to protect and conserve the environment through practicable activities and
environmentally sensitive measures.
We are committed to:
• Comply with environmental, safety and health legislations, and to fully cooperate with the
relevant statutory bodies in order to establish a strong environmental performance standard.
• Minimize the impact of pollution and environmental hazards.
• Conserve energy.
• Promote the practice of reusing, reducing and recycling.
• Promote and practise proper waste disposal.

We encourage all our staff and guests to adopt the above habits as it is not only beneficial
