          1.  A database (DB), is an organized collection of data.
          2.  ###### message appears when the column is not wide enough to display all of its

              content.
          3.  #DIV/0! error message appears when you divide something by 0.

          4.  #Name? This error message appears when you have typed a wrong formula and MS
              Excel cannot recognize it.

          5.  #Value! error appears when your formula includes cells that contain text and numbers.
          6.  Column/bar chart is used to illustrate comparisons between a series of data.

          7.  Line chart used to display trends.
          8.  Pie chart is used to display only one series of data.

          9.  Conditional formatting allows you to automatically apply formatting—such as colors,
              icons, and data bars—to one or more cells based on the cell value.

          10. CSV files are Comma-Separated Values and can be incorporated in any software or
              database

          11.  PivotTables can help make your worksheets more manageable by summarizing your
              data and allowing you to manipulate it in different ways.

          12. Slicers are just like filters, but they’re easier and faster to use, allowing you to instantly
              pivot your data.

          13.  PivotCharts are like regular charts, except they display data from a PivotTable.
