Manao is the Vice President and Head of the GROUP MARKETING DIVISION
Credit Life Department of the Corporate Ms. Javier is the Vice President and Head
Marketing Division. She has shared her of Group Term Life Department of the Group
skills with Cocolife as the former Assistant Marketing Division. She was an Expert
Vice President (2013 – 2019), former Senior Awardee in 2003 – 2004. For over 22 years,
Manager (2011 – 2013), former Manager Ms. Javier has shared and honed her skills at
(2009 – 2010), former Assistant Manager Cocolife, formerly serving as an IQA Auditor,
(2008 – 2009), former Supervisor (2005 – and the former Assistant Vice President (2013
2007), former Marketing Assistant III (2003 – 2019), Senior Manager (2011 – 2013),
– 2005), former Marketing Assistant II (1997 Manager (2009 – 2011), Senior Assistant
– 2003), and former Clerk I (1996 – 1997). Manager (2007 – 2009), Assistant Manager
She obtained her Bachelor of Science in (2006 – 2007), Accounts Specialist (2004 –
Commerce, Major in Business Management 2006), Accounts Assistant III (2001 – 2003),
from the St. Paul College of Manila. and Accounts Assistant I (1998 – 2001) of the
Group Marketing Division. She completed
her Bachelor of Science in Information and
Computer Science at the Philippine Women’s
University.
Mr. Rona is the Vice President and Head
of the Alternative Distribution Channels.
He brings with him years of experience in
the insurance industry, from his previous
employments including being the Senior
Manager and Training Officer at Philam
FREDERICO P. RONA Plans, Inc., and the Regional Manager at All
VICE PRESIDENT Asia Plans, Inc. He is a Bachelor of Science
HEAD OF ALTERNATIVE in Psychology graduate of the Far Eastern
DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS University.
