favourite indulgences either. ‘I love warm
bread with Reggiano [cheese],’ she admits.
‘And I really love a fresh seafood platter
with Sydney rock oysters, tiger prawns,
mud crab and lobster. I love my food.’
SHAPING UP
Her diet may be relaxed, but the same
can’t be said for the Oscar winner’s
lifestyle. ‘Nicole’s very active and athletic.
She enjoys taking vigorous walks on the
beach and goes for hikes before dinner.
She also loves a good swim in the ocean,’
