A closely guarded secret with locals in
north-east Tassie, the picturesque Apsley
Waterhole is located in the Douglas-
Apsley National Park, one of the few
uncleared dry forests in the state. Cool

park’s diverse and stunning spots, which
include eucalyptus forests, waterfalls,
wet gullies and wildflower marshlands.
