Floating eyeliner is one of
the biggest trends to hit the
beauty world after cat eyeliner.
A great way to work vivid
hues, it is easy to cop and
looks extremely striking. Start
by swiping on foundation or
concealer to even out your
complexion, and then, use a
fluffy blush to dust bronzer
all over your face. To get the
look, either go with an inky pen
liner or matte pencil in a bright
shade, like this slime-green
one. Create an extended wing
on the upper lid, taking the
liner all the way over your
crease. Dab some lip balm and
you’re done!
