FRAYED ARCHES
Once upon a time, strong brows
were all the rage. But over
the years, perfectly-painted
eyebrows have made way for
more natural arches. Enter:
frayed brows—a filled-in, but
more ‘real’ version of your
eyebrows. To achieve this look,
use a brow pencil in an angled
motion, brushing them upwards.
This will create an illusion of
fluffy eyebrows. Cosmo tip:
keep it consistently inconsistent,
as, the more you’ll try to keep
eyebrows uniform, the more
they’ll look ‘stuck’ on. The only
thing left to do: leave the face
clean, cheekbones chiselled,
and lips bare to keep them new
