disadvantagedblackyouthtopursuecareersasChartered
Accountants,byprovidingsupportfinanciallyandthrough
mentorship.Itcontinuestosuccessfullyhelpthousandsof
youngSouthAfricansgetintotheprofession.
ThisisnotthefirsttimeSehoolestepsintoheadanaudit
firm.AfterleavingSAICA,hewasappointeddeputyCEOof
PricewaterhouseCoopers.Heiscreditedwithchampioning
thecompany’stransformationagenda.Abuzzwordtosome,
butanotherpassionpointforSehoole.Hehasworkedtirelessly
toensurethatmanyyoungblackSouthAfricansaregivenafair
opportunitytojointheprofessionheloves.
Greatleadersnotonlyhaveapassionfortheorganizations
theyleadbutthey,likeSehoole,haveadeepsenseofpublic
responsibility,aknackforhumaninteractionandtheabilityto
galvanizetheirteamsaroundacentralidea.
ForSehoole,thisideaissimple.Trustandtrustworthiness
arethecentralpreceptsfortheKPMGheleads.

honor of public interest.
