                 FREEDIVING  Take a deep breath and  hold it for up to eight  minutes—or longer, if you  fill your lungs with pure oxygen  first. Freediving is underwater  diving without any breathing  apparatus and is the closest   you will get to swimming like   a fish. Some freedivers descend   to mind-blowing depths of 328 ft    (100 m) or more.
