Mark Hamill, 1978
As Luke Skywalker returns to cinema screens in The Last Jedi, this interview goes all the way
back to April 1978 when the Offi cial Star Wars Fan Club newsletter met up with actor Mark
Hamill, then 26, to discuss his casting as Luke and his friendships with rest of the cast.
