Witch Hat Ice Cream Sandwiches



                PREP TIME: 35 Minutes   •  START TO FINISH: 2 Hours 5 Minutes  •  12 servings (1 ice cream sandwich)




               Cookies                       1.   Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter and
                 1  pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) sugar   egg until soft dough forms. On lightly floured surface, roll dough to
                    cookie mix               ¼-inch thickness. Cut with 3- or 4-inch witch hat–shaped cookie cutter.
