Exploring Denmark
Copenhagen is Denmark’s main attraction, a small
yet lively capital with a considerable number of
sights concentrated in the center. Outside the capital,
the pace of life is slow, and the flat countryside is
punctuated by half-timbered villages and the
occasional manor house. Roads are of a high standard,
and the trains and buses extremely punctual and
efficient. Denmark’s relative lack of hills makes it an
excellent place for cycling.
