Antoniuskapel
The Chapel of St Anthony
contains a spectacular
Passion altar made by a
studio in Antwerp. The
Church of Sint Jan
managed to buy the
retable in 1901 for
one guilder.

. Stained-Glass Windows
The Church of Sint Jan was restored
in Neo-Gothic style during the 19th
century. A great deal was changed,
including the lively and colourful
stained-glass windows.

. Sanctuary
The sanctuary was built from
1380 to 1425 by Willem van
Kessel. The vaults are painted
with a variety of religious
scenes, among them the
coronation of St Mary.
