Be An eArlY rISer! There’s no way around it: farmers must be up with
1 the sun! When you feel like going back to sleep, just tell yourself the

4 Prepare to have mud, feathers, fur and lots of other stuff all over you
after a long day of farm work!
There are many people who work on a
farm. After I picked the greens, it was
time to help feed the chickens and
goats. let me tell you, those chickens
are nuts! They ran circles around me in
the coop the whole time I was trying to
give them fresh water and food and
collect their eggs.
Did you know?
The best part of the morning was Tyrannosaurus rex – that’s right; the dinosaur!
The chicken is the closest living relative of the
feeding the baby goats. They are so
sweet! I got to bottle-feed one of the
babies named goldie, just like a real being a farmer! Still, how cool is it that
baby. I actually ate the lettuce and carrots I
had just picked, and the eggs I had just
