With back legs that are longer than
its body when outstretched, the frog FREAKY FROG
can jump 30 times its body length.
The see-through skin of a glass
frog’s abdomen reveals its inner
organs. Seen from above, the
rest of its skin is lime-green—
ideal camouflage among leaves.
Most frogs start life
in water as tadpoles, but
this species lives only on land.
Its young do not have a tadpole
stage but are born as “hoppers”—
even tinier versions of the adult frog.
