the first aircraft passengers when they flew in the
Montgolfier Brothers’ hot-air balloon in 1783.
The Airbus A380 is the largest passenger aircraft,
and can carry 853 people. The smallest piloted aircraft
ever made was the Bumble Bee II, which was
large enough only for the person flying it.
