PEDRO : Kumusta? Ako si Pedro Santos.
How are you? I am Pedro Santos.
CLARA : Ako naman si Clara Dimagiba.
I am Clara Dimagiba.
PEDRO : Kaano-ano mo si Binibining Perpetua Dimagiba?
How are you related to Miss Perpetua Dimagiba?
CLARA : Tiya ko siya.
She is my aunt.
PEDRO : Talaga? Kapitbahay ko siya.
Really? She is my neighbor.
(Ituturo ni Clara ang tiya niya.)
(Clara points to her aunt.)
CLARA : Kapatid siya ng tatay ko. Hayun ang tatay ko. Siya ang lalaking naka-
suot ng puting polo-shirt at itim na pantalon.
She is the sister of my father. That’s my father. He is the man wearing a
white shirt and black pants.
