Getting Around
The N2 traverses the entire length
of the Garden Route, from Mossel
Bay to Port Elizabeth and beyond,
on its way up the east coast.
Although coach tours to the area
are available, travel by car is ideal as
it allows the visitor to explore the
pretty coastal towns along the way
at leisure. The seven- and five-day
hiking trails of Tsitsikamma, as well
as shorter forest walks, may also
entice visitors to linger. There are
domestic airports at Port Elizabeth
and George.
