CHURCH CALL

I was in church with my family and my mum
got up to go to the toilet. While she was out
her phone started to ring. The pastor stopped
talking and said, “I’ll give you a minute to get
that.” Everyone in the church turned to see
who it was while I was frantically searching
through my mum’s bag trying to find her
phone. To make matters worse my dad loudly
whispered, “Amelia, hurry up and switch it off!”
so everyone knew exactly who to look at! It
was so embarrassing. Thanks, mum!

PIGGY PROBLEM

I was sitting next to my bestie in class and
she was doodling in her book. I looked
down and saw she had drawn a cute
little pig. I don’t know why but I found it so
funny, and I was trying so hard to hold my
laugh in. But the more I tried not to laugh,
the more I kept snorting and letting out
little bursts of laughter. My face had turned
CELEB WHOA! MOMENT bright red and I had tears running down my
cheeks. My bestie looked at me strangely

watching and I’m up on this mat doing I was at a picnic with my family and friends
this silly dance that I had made up. and I needed to go to the toilet. When
I was so into it that I fell off the back of I got back to our picnic area, everyone
the mat and rolled backwards! I was so was looking at me and giggling. My mum
embarrassed but I just kept smiling and finally came up to me and told me that I
kept going. Everyone was like, ‘Oh my had toilet paper hanging from my skirt. I still
gosh, are you okay?’ I remember being don’t understand how I managed to do
so embarrassed!” that, but it was very embarrassing!
