Mini Marbled Cherry Cheesecakes

INGREDIENTS: DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F • Line muffin tins with paper
• 18 chocolate cookies with white filling
liners for 18 cheesecakes • Place one chocolate cookie
• 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened in the bottom of each paper cup • Beat cream cheese,

• 1/3 cup sugar sugar, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy • Fold in
half can of Lucky Leaf Premium Cherry Fruit Filling
• 2 eggs
• Fill each muffin liner with this mixture about ¾ full
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• Bake 20-25 minutes until done • Cool • Top each
• 1 can Lucky Leaf Premium Cherry Fruit Filling cheesecake with a spoonful of the remaining Cherries
