       1⁄₄ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

       2 cloves of garlic, pressed or minced


       3 Tbsp. orange zest, separated

       2 Tbsp. corn starch

       1⁄₄ cup water


       1⁄₄ cup green onions, chopped, for garnish
